Strawberries and Cream Cupcakes

We went to Cameron Highlands, and I bought some strawberries from the hill. I am in love with strawberries.

Devil's Food Cupcake with Chocolate Butter Cream

A very simple, classic recipe, but made with the best ingredients. Chocolate Butter Cream taste too sweet for all my friends out there. Guess I did not sift the powder sugar.

Joe's favourite cupcakes : peanut butter with coffee butter cream. Hersey's chocolate play a tiny role in the deco. Everyone just like it. Yummy.

Peanut Butter Cupcake

160C(fan)/180C/350F

75g butter, at room temperature

130g smooth peanut butter

190g soft brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

120g plain flour, sifted

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

60ml milk, at room temperature
