Marble Cupcake tips

After few trial .... below are the conclusion :

• butter is the best fats instead of using margerine.

The basic vanilla cupcakes recipe

250g butter

200-250g caster sugar

4 eggs

1tsp vanilla

250g self-raising flour or ( 250g super fine flour + 2tsp baking powder)

4 tbsp milk.

p.s. To make marble effect, please prepare:

1tbsp cocoa powder and 3tbsp hot water and mix well in the 1/4 of the butter mixture.
